Nu Gamma Fitness (NGF), established in 2019 and located at St. James� Park, is a premier fitness studio dedicated to structured functional strength and conditioning. Led by owner Neil Gunning, our mission is to provide an inclusive environment that empowers individuals of all levels�from beginners to seasoned athletes. We specialize in Semi-Private Personal Training (max 4 people) and high-energy group classes (up to 16 people) that focus on "what you can do." Our comprehensive programs include Strength & Conditioning, Cardio, Core, and Yoga, alongside habit-based nutrition coaching. At NGF, we bridge the gap between generic gym workouts and elite personal coaching to ensure sustainable, long-term health and performance.
