V Flow Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Cloneen, Co. Tipperary. Our studio is built on the classical method of strength, balance, posture, alignment and control. It's a complete system, and we'll always guide you to the classes that benefit you most, and the next step when you're ready to progress. You'll train on handmade classical equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates, as part of a genuine community where every client is appreciated. Each class plan is tailored to your body and your goals, with an instructor who's always available to talk through your progress.
